How we care for you

Your unique journey is welcome here and treated with care. Your case will be discussed among a team of interdisciplinary care professionals (therapists, nutritionists, life coaches, and more) so that the best resources will be tailored to your care in a holistic way.

A PsychLife Care Manager will oversee your care experience to ensure that you get the care you need and want. Gone are the days where you have to advocate for your needs and retell your story over and over to many different professionals. With us, you’ll receive comprehensive care from a robust team of people who get you.

  • Providers of PsychLife Mental Wellness do not prescribe controlled substances. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • YES! As of February 1, 2023, we are taking Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar & Oxford Health Plans in the states of Colorado, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah & Washington. *BCBS is only accepted in TX at this time.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 48 hours' notice. Failure to cancel an appointment, reschedule or show up with less than 24 hour's notice, will result in a 100% charge cost of the session. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen events, the fee will be waived.

    Payment: Payment for all sessions is due at the time of service. Credit/debit card information must be provided at the time you book your first session to secure your appointment slot and to be kept on file to cover any cancellation fees. Your information is stored in our secure, confidential online platform.

    Form of Payment: All major credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted forms of payment. Payments after 24 hours are subject to a $50 late fee.
